The 2020 bushfires and subsequent coronavirus pandemic posed great challenges for us all. This was, for South Australia, particularly so for ADF members in SA and for our police force.

Our guest speaker, BRIG Graham Goodwin CSC, Commander, 9 Brigade, and a Chief Superintendent in SAPOL, is well placed to describe to us some of the issues confronting the ADF in SA and SAPOL. You may have been involved in SA’s response and, in any event, will be interested to learn the process of decision making and what authorities were exercised in our best interests.
