Cooking classes with Chef Peter are back in full swing! The next session will be all about discovering the culinary secrets TO SUSHI MAKING.
The menu for the evening will include all your favourite sushi dishes such as chicken teriyaki and fried prawn sushi and vegetable and salmon seared nigiri! Best of all, you can saver the results that you helped create over an intimate dinner with recipes to take home as well as bubbles and wine as the Chef goes through each course.

Canape- Red bean soup
Entree - Beef tataki, baked cheese scallop
Main Courses - SUSHI: Chicken teriyaki, fried prawn, salmon avocado
NIGIRI: Salmon seared, breaded chicken, vegetable
