About the event
Cooking classes with Chef Peter are back in full swing! The next session will be all about discovering how to make BBQ meats.
The menu for the evening will include all your favourite BBQ meats such as Chicken, porterhouse and salmon. Best of all, you can saver the results that you helped create over an intimate dinner with recipes to take home as well as bubbles and wine as the Chef goes through each course.
This hands-on preparation and tasting experience is limited to 10 attendees. Book now to secure your spot in the kitchen so you don't miss out.

Entrée One: BBQ salmon, Asian slaw, caramelised lime
Entrée Two: Marinated chicken tenderloins, grilled pumpkin, sticky balsamic
Main Course: Porterhouse, German potato salad, mushroom, garlic butter
Dessert: Grilled brie, char grilled damper
