Reza and his kitchen team will demonstrate the secrets of the professional chef in preparing and cooking a selection of uniquely Japanese recipes.
The evening will start with a glass of bubbles and a delicious canape of spiced tuna sushi and salmon caviar. You will be shown quick and easy methods to prepare the authentic flavours of Japan and to savour the results in a dinner with paired wine included. An octopus entrée and accompaniments will be followed by a selection of assorted tempura. A flavourful dessert and matcha ice cream will complete the cooking and dining experience. You will take home the recipes and skills to amaze guests at your next uniquely different dinner party.
