Members Bar
The rich colours and ambience of the Members Bar is a stand out feature of the Club. It is a convivial place where members can escape from the city for a quiet drink, to celebrate any occasion with friends and other members, or to nestle into a cubicle to read one of the complimentary papers.
The Member’s Bar is located on the ground floor and offers a more casual social environment where members may dispense with jacket and tie (refer to Dress Standards).
Wine and Dining Facilities
The dining options offered by the Club gives members a choice between a ‘silver service’ fine dining experience or a more relaxed club meal in one of the Member’s areas. Whether it be business entertaining, dinner with friends, or an intimate dinner for two the Club’s ambience, together with the Club’s accomplished chef and skilled staff, will satisfy the highest expectations of members and guests.
The Club is proud to offer an exclusive cellar of premium wines available for consumption on the premises or to purchase for home or as gifts. The cellar offerings represent good value for money, especially when members place bulk orders during the sale of Club discounted wine.
Events Calendar
The Club prides itself on being a centre of enjoyment for members and delights in offering a range of events throughout the year that are designed to satisfy the interests of all members. From black-tie events and wine luncheons to guest speaker workshops, history lectures, theatre nights, cocktail parties, garden parties and barbeques, cooking experiences, quiz nights, and Friday nights in the bar, there is always something happening at the Club.
Social and Recreation Clubs
In addition to the events listed in the Events Calendar the Club is pleased to provide a range of other social and recreational activities. These activities, such as billiards and snooker, golf, sporting guns, bridge, and mahjong are managed by members who encourage other members, irrespective of knowledge or skill levels, to join the fun.

Business Lounge
An intimate lounge is located on the Club’s upper landing, and is an ideal location for those members or guests who have business to conduct while visiting the Club. In addition to comfortable lounge chairs there is a desk with a computer, printer and scanner.
Business Facilities
The Club is more than happy to assist members with their business and networking needs. There is a range of meeting rooms available to seat from 4 to 80 persons, as well as the Imperial Room that may be used for larger conference type meetings. Printing and scanning facilities, together with WIFI, desk and power facilities, and a selection of mobile phone chargers are available. In short, the Club can provide all that is needed for it to be a member’s temporary office.

After a hard day at the office come and relax over a game of Snooker or Billiards with an acquaintance or join one of our regular tournaments.
